Description:
This 1.5” x 30” 60 Grit Zirconia Alumina Pipe Sanding Belt Kit contains 10 sanding belts. BUILT IN USA.
1-1/2” x 30” (38 mm x 762 mm) Zirconia pipe sanding belt made are made for use on a tube belt sander. These 1.5 inch wide belts are made with the premium zirconia grains, which outlasts aluminum oxide varieties by more than double on high stock removal applications. These pipe surface polishing belts are extremely efficient at self-sharpening due to the abrasive grains fracturing characteristic. Instead of wearing down, zirconia grains crack in such a way to consistently reveal new sharp edges during use. Zirconia belts are known for their resilience on tough jobs and excellent price to performance ratio. These 1.5 x 30 zirc belts are best suited for general purpose grinding, deburring, sanding, and polishing and are capable of rendering weld seams invisible. These 38 mm x 762 mm pipe and tube sanding belts are also often used to sand down hand rails as they fit perfectly on many machines designed for use in compact areas, like close to a wall.
