There are 63 total discs. 62 are player discs and one A-E; F-J strategy disc. My grade is AU/MT The discs are in mint physical shape. The backs have 83B written on the backs in pencil. One unique feature of the 1983B set is that it contains over 40 old timers that do not appear in any other CADACO disc sets from other years. It even includes a few players from the Negro Leagues.
CADACO made many games and mail in disc sets between 1941 and 2004. This is a disc set from 1983. In many years CADACO made disc sets that were only available by mail - designated B sets that contained a few different players than the original set of that year. Occasionally a B set might have been included in a game but usually they were mail order only. Because fewer people ordered sets by mail the B sets are harder to find and more difficult to obtain. This is the "B" set for 1983 or one that might have been found in the games but also available by mail order.
