This is an authentic, brand new with tags dress by Jovani in a size 00.  Jovani recommends a 00 for a 31" bust, 24.5" waist and 35" hips.  Please measure carefully.  Due to the nature of this business we do not accept returns.  Also please note that based on how this dress fits the mannequin there doesn't seem to be any extra room to work with at all.  For reference, the dress on the mannequin is the size 4 and the mannequin is typically about a Jovani size 2.  There is a little bit of extra room in the bust but not much elsewhere.  This dress retails for 0!
