This is a gorgeous sterling silver, red glass, and baroque pearl pin, circa 1900 and in the style of the Arts & Crafts era.  It does need some work, it is missing one pearl and looks to have been lacquered at one time (to keep it from tarnishing) and most of the lacquer has worn away but the remnants, with a goldish hue, could benefit the pin by being removed.  The pin closes with an old style C clasp.  Stunning!

Fair to Good vintage - I have only lightly buffed, you may wish to polish more - one pearl is missing and the lacquer remnants should be soaked off
