Antique Metal Tray

Antique Metal Tray.
This belonged to my late grandmother who was born in Merv, on the silk road, in what is today Turkmenistan, around 1905. It was very dear to her.  I don't if it was passed down to her by her parents.   Her family was originally from the middle east but her father had moved them there to conduct business.  They returned home once the Bolshevik revolution occurred.   I am guessing it is either middle eastern or central Asian.  It belongs to my mother now.
