    Description

    This old incense burner is about 4 1/4" tall and sit on a 3 3/4" by 2 7/8" base. It weighs about 9 ounces. The modeling is very good. The metal looks like spelter but has copper color on the inside of the burner and the bottom of the base where the gilt is worn off of the bottom of the burner bowl. I have found no marks. The hairline crack has a tiny gap but will hold up with careful handling. The base has two semi circle cut outs pictured. I don't know what they are for.
