    Unique one of a kind item made from sterling silver and signed Beshara for Beshara Youakim Karmy of Karmy Jewelers in Chicago IL.
    This item was obtained from the estate sale and home of a retired Anheuser Busch Executive VP & President in St Louis MO. It has the original note to his wife Peggy on the occasion of Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital on their 40th birthday. On one of the attached leafs it’s signed “Beshara Sterling”
    We believe this is a one of a kind item specifically made as requested. We have found no other similar item like it in our searches. Item weighs 2.67 oz Troy and is approximately 7.5 inches long. Its more of an art piece but doesn't quite fit any of eBay's categories.
