Description

This is a programmed BMW MS43 DME with EWS disabled for M54B30 engines with a modified EWS box so you don’t have to cut and splice your starter wires if your key/tumbler is not working properly or maybe you changed to Engine Start button.
No core charge, no need to send in your dme ! What’s also included is a modified EWS module so that you don’t have to cut and splice your starter wires !
MS43 Genuine BMW Engine Computer for E46 3 series coupes , sedans and convertible models with M54B30 engine as used in 330i 330ci models .
Make sure your car is using MS43 dme before purchasing !
This DME is also used on E39 5 series 530i sedan and E53 X5 3.0 suv.
Condition is Remanufactured, tested working DME with EWS deleted and modified EWS module included !
Step 1 - remove your existing MS43 dme
Step 2 - install this Flashed DME with ews check disabled
Step 3 - remove your existing EWS module under the steering column (one 10mm nut holds it in place )
Step 4 - install the included modified EWS module.
Step 5 - (recommended) use INPA or another tool to reset adaptations.
Note - EWS check in this DME is off, nothing else is deleted or disabled , meaning o2 sensors and secondary air system is active . The only thing disabled or turned off is EWS system. This allows you to plug the dme in and use it as plug and play dme, or if you are doing an engine swap, emission controls stuff not modified so you don’t have to worry about it affecting your car passing emission testing if required.
The DME and EWS module / key work together , so if your car has bad or fauly ews module and/or key you’ll need to replace both Items , the DME and the EWS module !
