What we have is a Amazing Vintage/antique 16 1/2 in. tall cast bronze MELUSINE candlestick candle holder.  Melusine: French Neoclassical Mythological mermaid with wings.  Melusine holds a fancy candlestick mounted atop a faceted column.  Felt on bottom.  Unmarked.  Base measures 4 3/4 in. x 4 3/4 in.  Approximately 6 1/2 in. wide.
