The quick cutting action of 3M 407EA makes it the product of choice for titanium aerospace components and other nonferrous applications, including brass and aluminum and for jobs requiring a flexible abrasive with silicon carbide mineral.
Ideal for polishing titanium. 407EA is available in A110, A90, A60 and A120 grades and are capable of removing scratches and smoothing the surface produced by previous contouring steps.
Robotic finishing and surface conditioning of titanium on backstand grinders.
Use for mill line removal, intermediate scratch refinement, consistent dimensioning and consistent finishing applications.
