This beautiful and unique dress is perfect for a holiday party, prom, a wedding, or any special occasion.  It is a gorgeous shimmery blue with hand beading at the top of the bodice.  The rest of the bodice has a diagonal pattern that is reminiscent of a tuxedo cummerbund.  The skirt is gathered and tucked in such a way as to give it texture and shape (which can add a little dimension for someone who wants more hips, or can hide imperfections for someone who has a few bumps they like to disguise).  The back is laced, so there is some room for adjustment to ensure the perfect fit.  The lace portion has a removable panel underneath that snaps in or out, depending if you want to have a little skin modestly peeking through.  Pictures show with and without the panel.  There are also removable spaghetti straps, so you can wear it strapless or with a little bit of support.  In addition to all that, there is a sheer shawl / scarf in matching material.  All of these features mean there are many options and different looks when you wear it.  I believe the original price was around 9.... and it has never been worn.  Get this one before it's gone!
The tag says it is a large, but from experience I say it is a size 8.  Due to the beading, the manufacturer recommends that you spot clean only.
