Vintage Artisan Signed Mexico Brass with Stones MCM Brutalist Heart Trinket Box

Amazing vintage made in Mexico artisan signed brass with blue stones (Turquoise?) heart shaped trinket box.
Beautifully hand made and signed mid century brutalist style brass heart shaped hinged trinket box - lovely abstract flower design with blue 'flower' nugget stones - I believe Turquoise however not 100% sure.
Top area measures just over 2 3/4" x just over 4 1/4".  From base to top is approx. 1" tall.
Signed with the maker's mark, Hecho Mexico and the number 10.  See photos for hallmark details.
