Vintage Herta Baller Walter Bosse Austria Bronze Metal Merman & Cherub Figure

This auction is for a wonderful vintage, mid century modern, Austrian metal, most likely bronze and brass combination Herta Baller, or Walter Bosse style merman/cherub figurine as shown in the pictures taken with and without flash. It is in very fine condition, with no chips, cracks, hairlines, corrosion issues, or repairs. One side of the figure is definitely a merman, holding a pitchfork, and the other side is what appears to be a child or cherub hanging on as they are blended together. It is a wonderful piece of metal art that would look great in anyone’s collection. The bottom is signed Baller Austria. This piece measures not quite 2 inches tall by not quite 1 1/2 inches long. Please review all pictures carefully as they constitute part of the description.
The buyer pays all shipping/ins/handling.  I use the USPS Priority Mail but will use a less expensive alternative if you so wish but only through the US Post Office or FedEx unless the item is very large or very heavy.  Please just e mail me.  I reserve the right to relist item if payment is not received within 3 days of auction end or if after initial contact by me, the high bidder has not responded within 3 days.  Please only serious bidders.  Thanks for looking.
