Vintage Metal Green Paint Flower Frog ~ Frog on flower

Unusual green metal flower frog. I think this is from the 1940's
Under the paint is silver color metal. No rust. Lot of paint gone
No cracks or breaks
Item has some weight to it
10 holes
No maker mark
Bell shaped flower, frog sitting on the flower. Not sure if it is a toadstool or flower on end of the flower.
This is so sweet to even use as decor.
