vintage small Copper plate dish flower birds
I believe this is made of copper.  Appears to be gilded with a gold color paint.  I do not see a maker mark.  Some of the gilding is gone, the plate is bent, scratched, dented and marked.  See photos.
I attempt to describe the condition of the item as accurately as possible and post photos that show the items condition.
