Condition:
Pre-Owned.  The overall condition is "Good."  It does show some "wear" from being handled over the years.  There are areas of discoloration/staining,
tiny
chips in the metal, and is a bit dusty in areas too.  There is a small hole on the backside/top of his head (not sure why - shown in photo #11)?  Also, there are 4 small holes on the bottom where it was once mounted - last photo.

I Did Not Find Any Markings - No Manufacture - Google Search Indicated That It Was Attached To A New Haven Mantel Clock.
